Flamenco dance is somewhat wild combination of styles, dating back many centuries to many cultures.  Much research has been done about  migratory Indian dances, moving across the continents, sharing their music and dance  across the eastern and European ancient world.  Several other groups, including Arabic, French and Spanish and Latin American peoples have also shared profusely, adding to this soup of exotic dance and music.
