One-on-One Flamenco Guitar Lessons  

 

Whether your goal is to become a flamenco soloist, accompany singers and dancers, or just  to explore new techniques and ideas, I can help.

I offer private, one-on-one lessons at my home studio in Monrovia and online via Mooz.

My studio (125 Stedman Place, Monrovia, CA 91016  or Online via Mooz.

• Mooz is ​a video conferencing application created specifically for music lessons.

  • Always free to students, it allows us to share audio files and score and a metronome. It even allows us to play in sync together. Download it for free through the App store, Google Play, Microsoft Apps, etc.

LESSON TIMES     

Lessons are once a week for 60 minutes.

Lesson times are available Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sundays, 9:00 to noon, subject to current scheduling. My schedule is very tight. If you need flexibility, we may  need to schedule single lessons at the higher rate.

FEES                       

Lessons are paid for via subscription at $180/month.

Single lessons are $60/hour, payable via Venmo.

Prices for new subscribers will go up in 2027 so now is a great time to subscribe.

WHAT YOU NEED 

• A nylon string guitar

• A capo. I recommend the Shubb C2  or the Jim Dunlop 11F capo,   Both available from Stringsbymail.com 

• Access to the internet with Skype or FaceTime.

• A copy of Juan Martín's El Arte Flamenco De La Guitarra.
